Advice to start Ginger harvesting

The best time to harvest ginger crop is at the end of December when the ginger leaves dry and the shoots fall down. If seeds are to be prepared for the next planting, then the crop can also be harvested in February. During this time, it is important to be careful that the rain water does not stand in the field for longer period of time because Ginger tubers may rot underground. In other cases, ginger should be harvested at the end of December and clean tubers can also be stored for the next crop.
