The agriculture experts have stressed the need for adopting kitchen gardening as it was not only a healthy activity but also provides cheap and hygienic vegetables for consumption. Radish, carrot, spinach, turnip, coriander, etc. can be sown to get healthy vegetables during winter. Seeds of these vegetables were available in the market as well as at agriculture department. The people should cultivate these vegetables which were not only pesticide free but fit for human consumption and keep the people healthy.
