Pruning is an important cultural practice in the life of a tree. It not only provides strength to plants but also protects from diseases and pests. Gardeners must prune the trees after picking the fruits. Cut down all the infected or older branches of the tree that are not bearing the fruits. Through this practice, Plants release all the stress and the growth process is greater than before due to the balanced supply of nutrients and availability of the light/air passage. Always cut the infected branches at a distance of 3-4 inches and apply the defending layer of aloe vera gel or neem oil to protect from injuries.
