Soy bean crop should be irrigated with the interval of 10 to 15 days. At the time of flowering water should be given carefully. In spring crop the weather is very hot till bean maturation, so special care should given while irrigating the crop. Usually 7 irrigations are required . For better yield 2 times tillage is required, which should be done after first and second irrigation. Harmful insects and diseases should be countered before time. The attack of white fly, aphids and rats is common in spring soy bean so spray should be done accordingly. White fly is also responsible for yellow mosaic in soy bean whose control is very necessary. Spring soy bean is ready to harvest in the first week of June (120 days). The leaves become yellow and falls, the beans give brown color and the moisture level of the grains is about 14 to 16 percent at the time of harvest. At this stage, late harvesting causes losses so it should be done on time.
